Zenon is delighted to have been commissioned by one of the UK’s leading Private Jet/Charter Service companies to source a Sales Executive on a permanent basis to join their expanding team at an exciting time in the company’s growth.

Our client is dedicated to delivering a flawless experience for every customer, prioritising exceptional customer-service and a culture of safety in all aspects of the company. 

The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for Private Aviation and knowledge of the industry, and a strong background in Sales and Aircraft Brokerage. You will be reporting in to the Sales and Marketing Manager. 

Responsibilities:

•    Provide a high standard of customer service from enquiry to post-flight follow-up
•    Manage client requests and provide pro-active and immediate communications 
•    Provide prompt and accurate quotations
•    Follow up on each quote generated to maximise sales activity
•    Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales
•    Coordinate and schedule charter flights to allow the efficient use of the fleet
•    Full administrative sales support, including raising client paperwork and securing payment
•    Continual liaison and successful communication with both internal and external clients/suppliers
•    Develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals/suppliers
•    Gather market and customer information and record accordingly
•    Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events
•    Out of hours ‘on call’ rotation as required
•    Maintain confidentiality and discretion of company and client information

Requirements:

•    The ability and desire to sell, with a strong commercial awareness
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    A passion for offering unparalleled customer service 
•    A positive and determined attitude maintained in pressurised situations
•    The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
