Regulatory Trainer

Exciting new Permanent opportunity for a Regulatory Trainer based in Cambridge

Following a recent expansion, our client is a EASA 147 approved training organisation with a growing global database of both civil and Military customers, currently looking to expand their team in Cambridge with an experienced Regulatory Trainer Specialising in delivering technical, regulatory and bespoke training courses as well as 'soft skill' and education programmes.

As a specialist, Regulatory Trainer, you will need to meet its commitment in continuing to deliver flight safety, airworthiness, employee competence, awareness training, design and deliver training solutions.

Operating at the forefront of this exciting growing industry the successful candidate will have an interest and a passion for aviation. This exciting role would suit a person that already has demonstrable experience in EASA regulations and suitable experience in training delivery to both initial and experienced delegates.

  • Current teacher/training qualification but not (essential)
  • experience in the aerospace industry
  • Part 145 or 147 knowledge.
  • Typically, but not limited to designing and delivering training to EASA and MAA regulations including Human Factors, EWIS, FOD, Fuel Tank Safety, Airfield driving etc.

The core function of the role is to deliver training whilst based at its facilities in Cambridge to various customers including apprentices, new starters, experienced staff including existing staff from support areas of both internal and external customers. Occasional travel within the UK and abroad may be required when necessary.
