Oaklands Global have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Divisional Sales Manager to join our global leading Aircraft Maintenance and parts provider.
The Divisional Sales Manager will have overall responsibility for a team with a focus on global sales. Responsibilities will involve:- Leading the Sales team in domestic and international Sales activities
Direct contact with Business Aircraft owners/operators, activity market, sell and negotiate after market services which include:-
· Spare parts
· Component repair and overhaul
· Smart services
·After market maintenance and modifications
Routinely visit clients to build and maintain long term relationships Develop Sales strategies to attract new customers and increase sales Lead commercial negotiations with customers and internal departments Participate in trade shows Maintain Sales pipeline This position will also involve managing a team of 4-5 Regional Sales Managers
6 years Sales experience within aviation or Aircraft maintenance
5 years management experience
Product knowledge of Business Aircraft Maintenance
Working knowledge of the Aircraft service industry
Ability to travel extensively across the globe
