Reporting to the GM - HR Operations (Overseas) and working closely with the GM - Recruitment (UK), the Recruiter (Overseas) drives the internal Recruitment Team that delivers the resourcing needs for our Volume and professional areas, focusing on Ground Operations and post-selection day processes for all Overseas colleagues in Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.
You will plan, facilitate, set-up and deliver volume assessment centres Overseas including the design, delivery and evaluation of effective selection tools for each campaign. Working in partnership with HR colleagues you will ensure our Great Deal Friendlier values and cultures are embedded throughout the recruitment process. You will also design, develop and implement innovative direct sourcing strategies to improve candidate attraction and increase the awareness of the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays employer brand. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior business stakeholders and establishing relationships with Colleges and Universities is vital to the success of this role.
This role will require extensive travel consistently throughout the Overseas network with regular visits to the UK as required.
You will have proven experience of planning and leading large volume and professional recruitment campaigns in a multi-country environment and have an excellent understanding of recruitment best practice and competency based interviewing. You will have a good working knowledge of e-recruitment systems and a strong understanding of direct sourcing techniques (Social Media, LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc). You will be fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese or any other European language skills are highly desirable.
