Zenon are delighted to have been commissioned by a very well-established Flight Training Academy to source a Quality Manager (post holder) on a permanent basis for their operation based in the Middle East.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the safety/quality management systems of the flight operations and maintenance departments of the academy, ensuring complete compliance with, and the adequacy of, the procedures required to ensure safe operational practices.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, administrative and organisational skills; with a strong passion for safety and quality.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 3 year’s exposure in a Flight Training Academy safety/quality management role.
• Have a demonstrable high level understanding of all essential flight operations, maintenance and associated regulatory requirements.
• Excellent understanding of the FAA regulatory framework.
• Have proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
