Corrective Action, Metrics, Continuous Improvement, Quality Management System~

RESPONSIBILITIES:
"Collects data to support analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of routine problems, as well as support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability, and continuous improvement. Supports preparation and assists as with hardware, software and system level audits. Maintains Quality policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures. Collects and verifies data to support root cause analysis to routine problems. Understands basic Nonconforming and Corrective/Preventive Action processes and provides ideas and concepts for corrective action development for both. Basic understanding of drawing/data systems used in product data management and configuration principles. Works well under general supervision and in a teaming environment, placing high priority on work group goals.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must have experience working within the guidelines of the Quality Management System. Level 1 or Level 2 position based on candidate qualifications and experience. Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

FULL TIME
WORK HOURS: 7:00 - 3:30
