We are looking to recruit a Proposition Manager who will be responsible for managing a collection of easyJet's (in-house) ancillary products and our loyalty and recognition offerings. From the identification and implementation of new opportunities, to the tracking of live products and on-going refinement. These include:

  • Fare families (Standard, Inclusive, Flexi)
  • Bags
  • Seats
  • Admin fee and tariff
  • easyJet Plus
  • Flight club

These propositions deliver c.20% of easyJet's total revenue.

The responsibilities for the role are as follows.

  • Leads & maintains competitor and industry research to inform & support future product evolution & decision-making
  • Proactively tracks and monitors performance of easyJet's products and tariff, identifying opportunities and threats at an early stage
  • Builds project plans and leads cross-functional project teams to support delivery of product refinements or new product developments
  • Maintains open communication and engagement with stakeholders and seen as point of contact for any proposition queries

We are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience.

  • A graduate, with a minimum of a 2 years business experience.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to carry out quantitative analysis independently.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, organisational, stakeholder engagement and tracking skills
  • A proactive communicator, able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Confident user of IT (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Customer focused

The ideal candidate will have worked in a strategy/management consultancy or a customer-orientated role. Any airline industry experience and/or experience in consumer goods (retail, hotel, digital etc.) would be advantageous.
