Job description

Norwegian Reward is seeking a Project Manager for Loyalty and Engagement who will be responsible for scoping, leading, optimizing and analyzing member-engaging campaigns with clear KPIs. The Project Manager for Loyalty and Engagement will be responsible for the success of initiated engagement campaigns. Tasks include:

• Market and segment research

• Budget

• Technical coordination

• Commercial launch

• Analyze and share results

Examples of campaigns are free games, member challenges, member recruitment or joint efforts to increase partner conversion. Campaigns will often be run in owned channels, such as CRM, Web, App etc.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with projects for increased customer engagement that include both commercial and technical collaboration

• Minimum Bachelor's degree is required

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience with consumer-oriented organization(s)

• Experience with analytics and campaign reporting

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Additional language skills are preferred (Spanish, German, Scandinavian)

Personal qualities

• You are more concerned about what works than what looks nice

• You enjoy keeping up with new industry trends and technology

• You can easily relate to technical challenges and discuss issues and solutions with developers

• You think it is fun and important to use data as a foundation for your decisions

• You are positive and flexible mindset

• You are a self-motivated team player

• You work quickly and efficiently, but also have an eye for detail

• You have conceptual skills, the ability to bring messages to life, and can clearly communicate ideas
