Experienced Programme Manager required to coordinate and manage an integrated delivery stream plan to manage a number of highly complex programmes and their interactions ensuring stability and consistent delivery.

This is a critical role to recover a slipping programme and requires a strong leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, who can take a grip of a complex integrate programme delivery plan. The delivery stream has suffered from a number of programme slippages leaving some significant inter-programme conflicts around both facilities and resources that need to be managed as an integrated delivery plan which need to be resolved.

The successfull candidate will also have worked in a safety critical environment - able to demonstrate efficiency improvement without compromising safety. Having also worked in a matrix organisation - able to demonstrate influencing across the matrix and delivering success through teams who don't report directly to them. Attention to detail is essential - able to manage critical path of multiple parallel projects, yet maintain progress on non-critical path activities to prevent risk of critical project path.

This role is working for a leading aerospace client so although aerospace experience isn't essential, it would be beneficial and the successful candidate will be required to undergo baseline security clearance prior to starting.
