As a Programme Coordinator you will be able to:
Summary of role:
A well organised, diligent and personable individual will be required to support the Programme & Project Managers in the execution of projects. This includes administration of project tools, metrics and reporting such as acquiring status data, updating schedules and trackers, recording and managing meeting minutes, producing project dashboards and reports etc. There will also be the need to directly manage smaller projects ie coordinate resources, activities and schedules to achieve project deliverables and objectives.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Project Management Training (APMP preferable)
A sound Understanding if project management method, tools and practices. Basic understanding of general business processes
Proven Working experience supporting administering and/ or managing of product development project
Excellent command of written & spoken English
MS Project - Intermediate
MS Excel -Advanced
Ms Project - Advanced
Be resourceful, well Organised with an ability to prioritise and multi-task
Have good interpersonal Skills Be a Completer/Finisherwith excellent attention to details
Have demonstrable strong administrative skills
Have the ability to work under pressure
Be flexible and adaptive
Be discreet in handling of any personal or confidential information
