An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager to join Britten-Norman Aircraft Ltd, producer of one of the most successful civil aircraft ever manufactured in the UK.
This role is based at our Bembridge premises.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a highly specialised team in providing new, repaired and overhauled aircraft components, within agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standard. The post is a Nominated Post under the BNA EASA Part 21G Approval, and the holder of the role will need to be suitably qualified and / or experienced to the satisfaction of the CAA. Key responsibilities include the creation and management of comprehensive schedules of component production and repair and inspection, and delivering component manufacture and repairs to agreed timetables and to the satisfaction of the Company Directors.

Minimum qualifications requirements:
5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including Maths and English
Sufficient skills and experience to be a Nominated Post holder under the BNA EASA Part 21G & Part 145 Approval
