At BA we lead the field in revenue management. Our Revenue Management team is at the heart of our commercial function and works with a huge variety of teams in BA and global partner airlines.
The team is responsible for delivering the commercial revenue performance for BA, maximising the revenue BA gets for each flight in the schedule. This includes making sure that BA pricing appropriately reflects the market at any point in time, applying sophisticated yield management techniques to drive the right blend of fares.
