Premium Lounge Hostess/Host London Heathrow Airport (£8.50 an hour) Our client, a prestigious International Airline, is currently looking for Premium Lounge Hostesses and Hosts to work at their brand new, luxury lounge at Terminal 4, London Heathrow Airport.

This is an on-going temporary position starting as soon as possible.

Job Role
This is an incredibly busy, customer focused role involving:
Delivering exceptional service in all areas of the unit in which assigned.
Effectively providing operational support to the Duty Supervisor and to assist, motivate and inspire colleagues.
Ensuring an efficient Welcome or Welcome Back to all guests and ensure continual liaison with them throughout their journey
Anticipating the needs and noting and recording all special requests, likes and dislikes of all guests and to ensure they are carried through.
Remembering and noting every possible detail relating to the guest which will ensure memorable guest experience with our client and make them special at the Premium Lounge.
Understanding and demonstrating at all times the importance of upholding the highest personal and professional standard and to have a positive and passionate attitude towards the guest and to our client.

Candidate
We are searching for professional, friendly, immaculately presented individuals who:
Participate in daily operations as per Standard Operating Procedures [SOP] relevant to unit in which assigned.
Liaise with all external parties to work cooperatively in processing all guest requirements.
Maintain exceptional standard of product knowledge to promote Premium Lounge and our clients product and assist with a diverse range of guest enquiries.
Provide assistance to Senior Hostess/Host during the daily operation.
Carry out duties of Senior Hostess/Host in the absence of a Senior Hostess/Host.
Communicate effectively with all areas of the operation.
Attend and be actively involved in daily team briefings.
Ensure visual appearance of the operational is of the highest standard by regular monitoring.
Liaise and build positive relationships with other internal departments and external agencies where applicable.
Actively promote positive teamwork within the department.
Ensure compliance with corporate and department policies, procedures and standard operating procedures.
Ensure exceptional standards in hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times in all areas of the operation.
Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of daily operation.
Positively support and promote changes and improvements to business processes

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Qualifications:
Essential
Minimum A Level or equivalent
Preferred
Formal qualifications in Hospitality/Service related education would be an added advantage.

Previous Experience:
Essential
Good previous experience in a premium hospitality/service environment.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Effective business like communication skills, both verbal and written.
A genuine service/people focused attitude and an understanding of needs of multi-cultural working/operating environments.
A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and promote a positive team environment.
A high level of versatility and to be able to adapt to the many, varied needs of the operation/people.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Superb decision making and problem solving skills.

Salary, Benefits and Hours
This is an on-going temporary position starting as soon as possible:

Salary of £8.50 an hour.
Holiday Pay Accrual.
Comprehensive Training.
Full Uniform.
Working up to 37.5 hours per week.
Hours include early, late and weekend shifts. This includes start times as early as 0500am and finish times as late as 2200pm. Some flexibility is required.
