Job Purpose

Project Management of all Aircraft Maintenance Inputs with respect to being the one point of contact with the Customer and also to internally manage the input with direct liaison with Engineering/Logistics/Billing

Main Responsibilities

  • To raise all Scheduled Input Work packs a minimum of 1 week in advance of the start date
  • To list and order Pre Load items a minimum of 7 days prior to the input
  • To ensure that all relevant outside agencies required have been booked, (i.e. NDT, Weighing etc.)
  • Carry out Pre-Input Meetings prior to the commencement of the Inspections and ensure they are agreed and signed by both parties
  • Daily liaison with check Supervisor and the customer regarding check progress, approvals etc.
  • Close monitoring of the Inspection Spreadsheets and Updating of Progression Tables
  • Liaise with all OEM’s with regards to any queries (i.e. Mods, Repairs etc.)
  • Production and issue of Log Book Certificates and Release to Service Certificates
  • Upkeep and issue of Hangar Plan
  • To undertake any other reasonable task required

Education requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Computer and Microsoft Office tools literacy including Word and Excel  
  • Aviation background and/or experience desirable

Personal skills required

  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer orientated service relation and pleasant disposition
  • Self-motivated with initiative and a pro-active approach
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks or aircraft simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Team Player
  • Company focus
