Due to the continued expansion of my client we are looking to recruit a Planning and Records clerk to be based at London Stansted Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to come in and hit the ground running.  The company is looking for an individual who is proactive and adaptable to a changing environment and can help support change.

Planning and Records Clerk should have the ability to multi-task whilst being proactive and having the ability to use their own initiative.  In addition this role will carry the ability to negotiate with suppliers, to remain cost effective and uphold a professional image to internal and external suppliers.

Planning and Records Clerk disciplinary responsibility for quality and timely execution of functions assigned to him/her and efficient use of rights provided hereunder. If material damage occurs because of his/her actions/inactions carries responsibility under legislation of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Main Duties

  • Audit of technical records for content and completeness
  • Liaison with contracted customers and suppliers to correct audit findings
  • Completion of aircraft and engine logbooks
  • Compilation of technical records package for asset lease return or sale
  • Uploading of technical records to an electronic records management system
  • Management of asset records in the Quantum IT system
  • Storage of hard copy records in accordance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • General aviation knowledge
  • Effective communicator
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of EASA regulations
