Qatar Airways is seeking an experienced Pilot Selection Assessor to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
You will provide specialized expertise and technical knowledge in supporting the selection of Pilot candidates for Qatar Airways Flight Deck and guidance to Hiring Managers on best practice recruitment process and sourcing strategies, whilst coaching them on interviewing techniques, enabling them to identify industry leading talent.
Accountable for the consistent delivery of key services, quality control, implementation of standard practices and distribution of workload within the team for the short-listing and other administrative tasks. You will facilitate the over-all selection process of instruments and sophisticated recruitment based behavioral assessments to enable the company to use best methods in the selection process.
You will facilitate high volume assessment days across our network, as well guide our Hiring Managers through the individual specialist processes. You will be required to tailor your assessment style in line with Pilot Recruitment and Selection Manual to ensure the accuracy of all pilot candidates' official documents and aspire towards exceeding industry standards in recruitment.
