Due to the dynamic expansion of our team, we are looking for an experienced and passionate aviation enthusiast to join our ambitious team in Linz (Hörsching), Austria.

Job Description

-Update and maintain all training documents on the Company Flight/Storage Program Databases

-Work with the Recruitment Team helping to prepare and organize interviews

-Assist and book the new pilots on training with travel and accommodation

-Book travel and accommodation for recurrent training of current crew

-Book raining slots with different training centers

-Close contact with the different CAA Authorities.

-Provide all necessary support to all Flight/Ground instructors

-Assist the Training Manager in all Training phases.

-Crew rostering:
- Strategic crew planning for a fleet of 16 aircraft
- Long term roster planning

-Short term troubleshooting on the day to day crew schedule

-Fleet optimization regarding crew planning parameters

-Management & organisation of all crew logistics including travel arrangements & accommodation

Qualifications

-At Least one-year previous training administrative experience in aviation training department would be a plus

-Knowledge and understanding of the crew training requirements set by EASA would be a plus

-Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

-Excellent English (written and spoken)

-Good computer skills Very good MS Office skills and comfortable in using other software packages

-Flexible, able to withstand stress and set priorities

-Ability to organize and lead the small structural unit towards established targets as well as ability to be self-motivated and self-directed

-Experience in the field of travel industry (Business Travel Agency) would be a plus

-Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to motivate others and keep a positive environment

-Flexibility to work shifts, weekends as well as overtime

-Problem solving skills and the ability to use self-initiative

- Good negotiating and decision-making skills

-Distinctive analytical and conceptual thinking

-Strong intercultural and social competence with high level of discretion

-General interest in all aspects of flight operations

Annual gross salary 30.800 Euro (compensation negotiable according to skills and qualifications)
