After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we have some great opportunities for Passenger Service Agents to join our Ground Operations Team on part-time Fixed Term contracts.
Reporting to the Passenger Service Supervisor, the Passenger Service Agent will play a vital role in creating a great first impression so that all our Customers receive a VIP service. As required, you may also be overseeing the Check-In performance and increasing additional sales to ensure the efficient running of the Sales Desk at the airport. You will be passionate about getting things right first time and helping to make sure our Customers depart On Time.
Whether it's providing a warm and friendly welcome or delivering a safe and On Time boarding service, the Passenger Service Agent is there to help and support our Customers throughout their journey in the airport. Providing an efficient check-in service, you will also have the opportunity to offer additional products and services to our Customers, really making the most of their experience with us - and it doesn't stop there. No matter what the time of day or night you will also be the welcoming face that meets our Customers on their arrival.
Successful candidates will have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will have a positive and flexible approach and always have a smile on your face. With an enthusiastic approach to helping Customers and your Team, you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in handling customer queries in a fast paced environment. To be successful in this role you must be fluent in Spanish and English and have the right to work in the location you are applying for.
