Whether it's providing a warm and friendly welcome or delivering a safe and on time boarding service, our team of Passenger Service Agents are there to ensure all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers get their holiday off to a great start!
Based at Birmingham Airport and reporting to the Passenger Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in creating a great first impression so that all our customers receive a VIP Customer experience. Whether you are greeting our customers at check in, or assisting with boarding, you will be passionate about getting things right first time and making sure our customers depart on time.
As well as delivering a fantastic customer service, you will also have the opportunity to offer additional products and services to our customers, really making the most of their experience with us. And it doesn't stop there! No matter what the time of day or night you will also be the welcoming face that meets our customers on their arrival back home.
We have Passenger Service Agent seasonal opportunities available on a 20 hours a week contract. We also offer a competitive salary as well as full training, free car parking, a monthly bonus scheme and fantastic opportunities for progression in a growing business!
