Passenger Reservations and Ticketing Vacancy, London

Location: London Euston

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 40 hrs per week

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day on a rota (8.30am-5.30pm or 9am-6pm)

Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a Reservations and Ticketing agent for our London office. The role will involve answering queries from passengers and agents, issuing tickets, completing sales and refund reports, processing refund applications, handling Frequent Flyer Programme and handling customer service complaints.


Essential:

  • Previous travel agency / airline background experience

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Able to organise and prioritise within a demanding environment

  • Able to cooperate and work well in a team


Desirable:

  • BA Parts 1 and 2

  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office programs

  • Mandarin language skills (not essential)

Please note that as this is a permanent position we require someone who has the permanent right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
