Job purpose
 
To assist in managing Flybe's strategic partnerships including Franchise, Joint Ventures and traditional Codeshare and Interline partnerships, increasing revenue and profitability for Flybe and its partners through insightful and relevant analysis  
 
Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with Flybe's partners at all levels as well as internal Stakeholders
  • Develop and distribute desired weekly and ad hoc reporting & insight to both Flybe and our Partners to ensure correct decisions can be made
  • Monitor and improve performance through rigorous and continual challenging of current practices
  • Ensure all business as usual activities (e.g. schedule building, schedule changes and on sale dates) are delivered on time and within scope
  • Assist in the creation of long term plans with each Partner to allow targets to be achieved
  • Aid in the preparation of Board Reports to ensure they are submitted on time on a monthly basis
  • Maintain up to date process documentation
  • Lead projects and organize internal resources to deliver improved functionality and performance to our Partners
 
Essential Skills and Qualifications 
  • Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills; able to interpret multiple large data sets to gain insights and develop appropriate action plans
  • Strong communication skills; must be able to communicate detailed and complex concepts to all management levels 
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple Partners with diverse needs and demands  
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, able to identify creative solutions to align the interests of internal and external stakeholders and to develop compelling win-win outcomes 
  • Attention to detail, Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • 2.1/1st class undergraduate degree or equivalent
