Notes re role:

-          Role will be based in London office (Belgravia)

-          Mixture of personal and business assistance needed

-          Knowledge of aviation industry a bonus

-          NB. Given international nature of the industry and Chairman’s busy schedule this is not a 9am-5pm role. Candidate must be flexible and responsive which may mean out of hours communications.

-          NB. Role is London based and has limited scope for travel


New role therefore work outline will evolve but initial requirements:

  • Act as Chairman’s first point of contact dealing with whatever can be dealt with, delegating or identifying what needs his input
  • Liaise with AirX executives and other members of staff in Malta
  • Gain an understanding and familiarity of the business, clients and investors in order to inform day to day correspondence and decisions
  • Inbox management: Answer any emails that can be answered and prioritise what needs to be responded to by the Chairman
  • Executive diary management: think about logistics and make executive decisions re his schedule
  • Travel, accommodation, restaurant bookings and loyalty schemes
  • Liaise with Chairman’s wife re household issues, business trips, holidays and family commitments
  • Manage smooth running of homes and staff
