Reporting to the Overseas Operations Support Manager, the Overseas Operations Executive will be responsible for providing a complete head office support function for Jet2holidays colleagues and third party agents.
In this fast paced and exciting role, you will assist the Jet2holidaysOverseas Operations Team in the day to day running of the function through contacting resorts, the compilation of reports, diary management and the co-ordination of project and travel plans. You will develop and maintain processes, policies and procedures for the Overseas Operations team to follow. In addition, you monitor adherence to Jet2holidays guidelines as per the Service Delivery Manual and contribute to current or future projects as appropriate.
The successful candidate will be personable and outgoing with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the business. You will be self-motivated, organised and able to form strong relationships with internal and external teams. You will have an understanding of Package Travel Regulations and a good knowledge of Jet2holidays resorts.
