Operations Project / Programme Manager

Due to a continued phase of expansion an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Project / Programme Manager to join an existing team. Along with the potential for future career advancement this varied and challenging role will offer the successful candidate a highly competitive salary and benefits package.

The role for the successful Operations Project / Programme Manager includes:-

  • Delivery of aircraft maintenance and modification programmes to schedule, budget and quality requirements.
  • Reporting regularly against progress to internal and external customers.
  • Interface and manage internal stakeholder groups that are key support areas to Operations, such as supply chain, engineering, NDT, etc.
  • Ensure communication of key business/customer issues to employees of multiple levels with accuracy and consistency.
  • Interface with customer representatives through reports and face to face meetings, building relationships with established and new customers at a working level.
  • Actively engage in the upfront planning of future inputs and subsequently reflect this in resource planning requirements.

    Qualifications/ Requirements for the successful Operations Project / Programme Manager
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, whilst being able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Experience in a leadership position.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of the aerospace practices and regulation would be beneficial, but not essential.
