This is an urgent requirement for a number of Ground Operations Controllers to join one of the UK's growing operators. The successful candidate will join the expanding Operations team and directly report into the Operations Manager. Responsibilities as Ground Operations Controller:

Managing the flying programme on a day-to-day basis
Daily planning and operation of an expanding fleet
Liaising with client/owners and producing cost and time efficient schedules, rostering and managing crew, and operational flight planning
Liaising with the Continuing Airworthiness Manager to ensure that maintenance scheduling is managed efficiently with the flying schedule and monitored effectively
All landing site liaison and planning, permit arrangement and application
Assisting with the input of post-flight data and administration

Skills and Experience required as Ground Operations Controller:

Previous experience in Aviation Operations
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external agencies
Be adaptable to the changing needs of the customer
Good eye for detail and capable of working on their own initiative
