Key Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Processing handling requests and meeting of flights to assist other departments when workload dictates

  • Help to coordinate ground handling and the efficient use of staff resources and equipment

  • Ensure that we adhere and comply with all requirements/guidelines set by the airport authority, UK Border Force and Special Branch.

  • Liaise with customers, the airport authority and other agencies as well as third party companies.

  • Communicate through the operational structure any defects, incidents or occurrences that take place during working hours.

  • On a daily basis, to monitor and control dealing with our cash based customers by ensuring pre-authorisations are carried and full and final payment is taken before departure where necessary.

  • Have a reasonable operational understanding of the CFMU system, LLA Chroma Fusion system, and full understanding Online Coordination internet system and Signature FBO Management system. In addition, have the ability to provide weather information.

  • Ensure a safe culture and to continually impress to all staff that safety comes first and must not be compromised at any time.

                                  

    Role Requirements:

     

  • Educated to A-Levels with a minimum of C grades or equivalent

  • Full and clean driving license

  • Have strong customer service skills and be a team player

  • Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment

  • Ability to work both office based and out on the ramp

  • Have excellent personal presentation

     

    Required Core Competencies:

     

  • PC literate

  • Good time keeping

  • Good communication skills

  • Flexibility in working hours
