Ensure All Operations persons are following company policy & instructions and continuously monitor their performance.
Actively participate in implementing departmental standards and procedures;
Supervise and Coach the Flight Operations Department team.
Manage each shift and ensure smooth operations in each shift.
Ensure flight briefing, flight records and operational files are properly maintained.
Ensure client request is processed & recorded in the system accurately;
Monitor that all landing, over flights and block permits, Slots and PPR approvals are processed through the designated Civil Aviation Authorities or Appointed local agent’s country vise.
Follow up on flights movement and ensure that the clients are updated on time.
Monitor ground handling, fuel and all aviation services updates and coordination;
Coordinate International flight planning activities;
Manage customer relationships on all operational aspects;
Foresee operational outcome and make precise decisions. And give instructions to each shift Supervisor promptly.
Review and act on customers’ complaints or deficiencies relating to Operations Department, responding accordingly and promptly, and providing feedback on issues which arise in the normal course of operation.
Develop ideas and solutions jointly with others.
Ensure that new joinees are well trained and assigning them to more experienced staff for guidance.
Give genuine recognition of contributions by others.
Working effectively with internal and external customers, as well as peers and management, to provide safe and efficient airlift support services to Flight Crews and customers;
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;
Ensure company’s credibility & relationships with current and potential clients using a variety of communication channels including attendance and participation at tradeshows and other relational opportunities.
Supervise shift to shift handover ensuring all flights and details are included and the handover is clear.
Ensure inter- departmental cooperation within the company.
Monitor and ensure company quality and standards are maintained in all operations.
