8 days off / month with 22 days annual leave and 30 days sick leave
Annual package NTD 2,424,000 (around USD 80,800) plus overtime pay /over 900 hours
NTD 202,000 (around USD 6,733) per month basic service fee /75 hours
Per diem : US$3 per duty hours tax free as specified by PAM
Annual Bonus : may be pay in 13th month for average of last 12 months payment
Annual Leave：(Entitled after the completion of Turning Point)
22 calendar days per year for the first thee years with EVA
25 calendar days per year for 4-5 years seniority
29 calendar days per year for 6-9 years seniority
30-42 calendar days (1 more day accrued for each following year after 10 years seniority)
A. Privilege travel：(Entitled after the completion of Turning Point)
A pilot and his/her eligible dependents will, once a calendar year, be eligible for 1 free passage on a standby basis on any company service, provisions referring to most up to date version of EVA AIR Pilot Administration Manual and all rights reserve.
B. Concessional travel： (Applied after the completion of first operation flight)
A pilot, his/her parents and his/her eligible dependents as defined above, may on other occasions avail themselves of concessional (rebate) travel on the services of the Company, provisions refer to most up to date version of EVA AIR Pilot Administration Manual and all rights reserved.
Employee： Covered by National Health Insurance；however, employees are responsible for 30﹪of the premium, deduction of outpatient service, and registration fee, etc.
Family： Subsidized for 70﹪premium up to US$200.-/month/family.
Accident Insurance：Up to 45 months salary compensation
Loss of License Insurance：Covered from first operational flight
Accommodation：Company facilities (EVA Quarter Building) or NTD$25,000/month Rental allowance.
Air Cargo Rebate：(Applied after the completion of route training) 75﹪rebate up to 100kg or 1 CBM；apply one time per year
Probation：Six months from first operational flight
Taxation (According to R.OC. tax law, About 13-21% subject to number of dependents and pay.)
