As part of the People Team in Changi Airport Group (CAG) you have the opportunity to contribute to the business through planning, designing, developing and implementing digital learning content for CAG staff to support business needs and to enhance overall learning in CAG.



The key responsibilities for this role include:


Develop storyboards and scripts and produce digital learning contents to enhance learning effectiveness and competency development
Design and develop SCORM-compliant digital learning content, in collaboration with Learning Business Partners and Subject Matter Experts, taking into account the employee and user experience
Demonstrate expertise in using authoring tools, animation and video editing software to create sophisticated and adaptive digital learning content
Consider and recommend appropriate use of multi-media tools in the design of digital learning content, e.g.: PDFs, PowerPoint slides, micro-videos to enhance learning effectiveness
Provide instructional, curriculum and technical design advice to line divisions and L&D team
Build in assessments in digital learning curriculum to ensure achievement of performance outcomes
Co-ordinate with internal IT team to prepare developed content for testing and deployment in Learning Management System (LMS)
Review and convert existing learning materials to digital learning content
Assist to explore, evaluate and recommend new learning tools and technologies to support digital learning
Assist in change management effort to get stakeholders and line divisions to embrace and adopt digital learning
Update project status to the team and/or line division using clearly defined performance indicators and reports


Requirements


Bachelor degree with 3 to 4 years‘ experience in multimedia and digital content development, preferably in a corporate environment
Experienced in curriculum development, having good knowledge of learning pedagogies and instructional design principles and strategies
Familiar with using content authoring tools and software such as Articulate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lectora, GoAnimate, etc
Have a good working knowledge of digital learning standards including SCORM, xAPI, learning technologies and learning management system
Able to work in collaboration with peers or subject matter experts to understand and analyze learning requirements and determine the use of the right digital learning tools
Strong team player, resourceful, creative individual who is able to manage multiple projects, pays attention to details and possesses good interpersonal and organizational skills
This is a 2 year contract position
