As senior member of the team you will be expected to support the implementation of the strategic plan and contribute to the identification and development of the Baggage and Transportation Operation. Analyse and understand the Baggage and Transportation operational strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Identifies and supports the delivery of key strategic projects that will benefit our business, our people and our stakeholders.
You will plan and adapt the operational implementation based on the analysis and real-time environment, ensuring that safety and security of the operations remain the highest priority.
You will establish the Airside Operations Ramp objectives and priorities to align with, and support business objectives, implementing best practice resource management through accurate and detailed forecasting, planning and allocation in order to deliver operational excellence.About You
Essentially you will hold a Bachelor's degree in either Engineering, IT, Logistics, Operations, Business Studies or Accounting.
Preferably you will have or have the capability to obtain a Masters Degree
You will have a minimum of 8 years of job-related experience and should currently be working in Executive Management.
You have all round Ground handling station or operations management experience and are a competent General Manager in the following areas: Airside Operations, Finance, HR, L&D, Customer relations, Supplier management, SGHA and RFP, contract tenders.
Ideally you will have worked for, or are currently working for a ground handling company.

Essentially you should have expert knowledge of hub ground handling operational procedures and be able to demonstrate the highest standards of integrity, equality and respect.
You have the ability to effectively communicate with clear, concise and consistent messages and have extensive experience of leading, managing, inspiring and engaging a large multi-cultural workforce.
