The Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual who will be responsible for developing detailed plans to implement the corporate strategy towards maintaining highest levels of corporate image through renewal and upkeep of fleet appearance The position will also be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the Paint Hangar and Workshop in an efficient, productive, safe and cost effective manner. The successful candidate should have the ability to manage and control budgetary costs and P&L accounts whilst have a proven track record of handling commercial customers and third party work. He/ she should also possess strong man management skills and cross cultural awareness.

Experience and Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent) should hold an internationally recognised qualification related to aircraft painting, e.g. company approval. A relevant degree (e.g. chemistry, engineering) would be an advantage.
Experience:
10+ yrs experience in commercial aircraft painting, with a minimum of 3 years managerial experience.
Knowledge/skills:
Professional knowledge of the science and technology of surface technology application, aircraft paints and their application/removal, detailed knowledge of decal installation/removal and storage/use/disposal of hazardous waste.
