We currently have a requirement for Maintenance Technicians at our Aircraft interiors client based in Camberley, Surrey. They deal with the manufacture of high spec composites with a range of products for their various clients. They are looking for two maintenance technicians to join their team on a temporary basis, this will be working a double day shift pattern. The Technician's role is to provide a highly skilled service to maintain the machinery / facility and associated services to ensure the safe continuity of the business. As part of a multi skilled team you will be involved in the planned preventative maintenance systems as well as reactionary intervention when required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain all production equipment and machinery within the business, including high tech machinery.

  • Maintain the building fabric and employee facilities to a high standard.

  • Carry out Planned Plant Maintenance (PPM) as instructed on all utility plant, air conditioning, heating and associated services.

  • Able to install new plant and machinery.

  • Have relevant working knowledge of all maintenance trades, ie plumbing or electrical backgrounds.

  • Must be able to understand engineering and technical drawing.

  • Work with all other departments to maximise the cost saving and efficiency opportunities.

  • Maintain and update all relevant records and reports.

  • Perform any other tasks required to assist in dealing with maintenance and facilities matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Mechanical or multi skilled apprenticeship & certification.

  • Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent in the engineering disciplines.

  • Conversant with all related Health and Safety (H&S) regulations (17th Edition).

  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office packages.

  • Conscientious and reliable.

  • Flexible employee with 'can do' attitude.

  • Be a good communicator.

  • Must be capable of working unsupervised.

  • Be prepared work in other facilities when requested.





The Double day shifts consist of a week of earlys followed by a week of lates. The earlys will be 6am - 2pm and lates will be 2pm-10pm. As this is a temporary position it is only available on a PAYE basis, whilst working the double day shift you will attract a 20% uplift on the base rate of £13.95 PAYE making it £16.75 per hour PAYE.

There is also a weekend shift available working Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm. This is paying £13.95 per hour PAYE.
