FPS Aviation are presently seeking a Planning/Operations Supervisor for a permanent role with a prestigious rotary client in West Midlands.
The Maintenance Planning /Operations Supervisor is responsible for the leadership of the Planning /Operations Team, ensuring full compliance with Part M and Part 145 legislative requirements with regards to the maintenance management of the aircraft.
The Maintenance Planning Supervisor is responsible to ensure short/medium term planning requirements and Material Planning requirements to support aircraft scheduled maintenance inputs.
•Proven ability to manage small teams and drive improvement within a functional area.
•Previous experience in a Maintenance Planning role.
•Experience of ERP systems.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Must have knowledge of EASA regulations relating to Part M and Part 145 Airworthiness and Maintenance requirements.
•Experience with SAP and ERP software, for the use of Technical Records, Planning and Maintenance.
•Must have high computer literacy skills, competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access).
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SPECIAL TRAINING
•Formalised EASA Part 145 and Part M training.
•Human Factors training undertaken
•Academic qualification in Aviation related discipline (NVQ, BTEC, HNC/D).
