For our Hahn Airport location, we are looking to fill the following position: Maintenance Planner (m/w)

Your Tasks

- Evaluating, planning and monitoring the execution of appointed work packages

- Evaluating work packages in respect of necessary manpower, materials, tools and feasibility according to the HAITEC Scope of Work

- Preparation of work packages according to the customer’s requests

- Planning the necessary works according to ground times and existing processes

- Coordination of subcontractors

- Communication with the customer regarding technical planning questions

- Examination of current and appropriate airworthiness requirements (AMM,IPC, etc.) if provided by the customer

- Coordination of problem solutions in cooperation with customers and manufacturers

- Evaluation of already performed projects in order to realize improvement potentials and in order to increase productivity

- The employment will be in the offer, planning or task card evaluation team of the planning department depending of the necessity

Your Profile

- Successfully completed study in aviation or a completed training as certifying staff (CAT A, CAT B1 or CAT B2) with experience in line or base maintenance or a similar training and several years’ experience in work planning and preparation

- Very good knowledge of aviation regulations (LTA, AD, etc.)

- Good knowledge of a manufacturer’s aircraft and component documents such as MPD, MRB, AMM, SB, IPC, STC etc.

- Very good EDP and MRO software skills (e.g. in the maintenance software Wings)

- Good knowledge of written and spoken English for correspondence

- Confident decision-making and communication performance

- Readiness for team-oriented collaboration

- Great ability to work under pressure and flexibility

- A conscientious and proactive work approach
