Reporting to the Hangar Manager, the Maintenance Administrator is responsible for the production and upkeep of all colleague and aircraft data in accordance with company and industry procedures. The Maintenance Administrator will liaise with airport and third party companies to ensure that regulatory and economic objectives are met.
You will process colleague records to include; holiday, expenses and timesheets, organise and maintain operational requirements such as driving approvals, conduct audits and inventories on company airworthiness and quality publications, as well as responding to queries from the Planning and Maintenance Teams.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills and experience in the maintenance and upkeep of colleague records and general administration. You will have strong IT skills to include MS Office and the ability to process large amounts of data. Experience in the aviation industry would be an advantage.
