Our client is a well known aircraft maintenance company and as part of a recent review have identified various areas for improvement /development.

On the the main areas they are looking to improve is personnel development, or more specifically ensuring that their production staff are correctly trained, well motivated and able to produce their absolute best quality of work at all times while maintaining a positive and friendly working environment and atmosphere. 

We are looking for up to 3 individuals to join the company on a permanent basis to focus solely focus on the living and breathing aspect of aircraft maintenance.
This would involve working with other management to ascertain areas for improvement on an individual or group basis, and then implementing your own solutions, anything from an informal meeting on a one-to-one basis to full personal development plan with targeted training over an extended period.
There is a fair amount of autonomy in this role, you will be free to implement whatever you need to in order to get the best results from your team.  

You would usually see a list of experience requirements now, but due to the nature of the role there arent any boxes that need ticking.
We can say that you do not have to be licensed technician to be considered, you do not need to have held a similar position and dont even need any engineering or technical background to be considered. The right candidate really is more important than training or previous experience!
What you do need to be able to show is previous experience of mentoring, giving advice, showing strong leadership and direction in relation to individuals or a team as a consultant, working alongside or working for you.
Ideally you will have some experience of tracking or measuring development in others and will have some exposure to managing progression and growth, whether through KPI's, particular management or quality systems or performance reviews is less important than the fact it was successful. 

Both Excel and our client see that the right candidate could come from any background here, military or civilian, HR, Sales and Marketing, Operations, even facilities management or ex-Flight Crew and we will consider all and any applications received.
