Skyways Technics is a Danish MRO focused on maintenance of regional aircraft. The company has an ambitious and entrepreneurial environment, with constant focus on aligning processes and procedures to meet the customer’s requirements and maintain Skyways Technics A/S position as the preferred maintenance provider.

Since the demand for Line Maintenance is increasing, we are seeking a new experienced and motivated Line Maintenance Manager to take a central role as daily Manager of our line maintenance production in Billund and Copenhagen, Denmark, Tromsø, Norway and of different ad-hoc projects. As Line Maintenance Manager you are responsible for meeting regulatory requirements within EASA Part 145 legislation. Your main goals will include allocation of resources including manpower, increasing effectivity and overseeing production. You should be able to thrive working to long term plans and at the same time be ready to tackle unexpected changes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with all levels of the organization and focused on solutions rather than problems.

You can look forward to at a wide ranging, interesting and challenging role with main focus on:

  • Daily co-ordination of maintenance activities including both Line and ad-hoc
  • Communicate with and manage line stations and off site maintenance activities including visits, as required.
  • Creating and implementing, along with the management team, future strategies for the maintenance organization
  • Ensuring aircraft maintenance is completed and documented in accordance with internal procedures and the applicable EASA and national requirements
  • Ensure high productivity and quality throughout the maintenance processes

We expect you to:

  • Have experience from similar position in the aviation industry
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
  • Be an licenced aircraft technician, production engineer or hold a similar technical qualification
  • Be able to motivate and inspire a highly qualified workforce
  • Have the right to live and work in Denmark
  • Be excellent in both written and oral English
  • It is a requirement you can be approved as Line Maintenance Manager in accordance with AIC B34/2012
