As a Lead Analyst Cargo Network Planning you will define and implement solutions to achieve the optimal cargo capacity for the company through clear and accurate business cases. Analysis must take into account all financial (Revenues, cost, profitability) and non-financial (long term strategy, focus markets, utilization, competitive landscape) indicators. You will steer Route profitability through continuous reviews and improvement scenarios.
You will engage in dialogue and negotiate with corporate planning, air political and Cargo schedule fitting to continuously improve the overall cargo capabilities of the group.

About You
You will need to have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. A Master’s degree in Science, Engineering or a Financial Major will be preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of job related experience is required and it is preferred that you have experience in cargo departments, P&L steering and Strategic Planning. You will need to have a focus on optimising results in an environment with multiple variables.
You need to have strong analytical skills and advanced problem solving capabilities. You will need to have excellent communication skills in English with strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel. An understanding of Data consistency checks, Statistics, Financial reporting, and Scenario Planning is Mandatory.
A strong understanding of cargo operational and commercial processes required by an international network carrier including network planning, sales with knowledge of IATA/TACT regulations is preferred.
It is advantageous if you have light programming skills, skills in large database manipulation and hypothesis testing.
