Internal Recruitment Coordinator

An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruitment Coordinator for one of our Aerospace clients based in the South East of the UK. Are you are looking for an internal recruitment role that can offer you a great working environment? If you are target driven and would like the opportunity to work onsite in an autonomous role, this could be for you.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Creating and reviewing internal recruitment requests
  • Dealing with interviews - via telephone and face to face
  • Candidate Management, relationship building/networking, to enable a positive recruitment process.
  • Contractor Management - Invoices, Time Sheets, uniform allocation, data inputting to internal accounts application
  • Building strong relationships with the hiring managers and being able to manage their expectations.
  • CV Management - Gathering CV'S, Screening and then uploading them to the internal database.
  • Meeting new starters to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Help to develop similar accounts and new business where required
  • Internal point of contact for all of our contractor needs

You will ideally have:

  • Previous in-house experience OR experience as a an agency recruiter
  • Aptitude to work in a hands-on role involving full recruitment process as well as strong levels of administrative requirements.
  • Proven experience communicating with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience recruiting for 'technical' roles in the aerospace or a related industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • Ability to work closely with the HR team
  • Experience of weekly and monthly activity reporting
  • Phone confidence and the ability to manage internal stakeholders throughout the process
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the latest internal recruitment trends
