The role The HR team is committed to delivering HR programs, systems and initiatives across the business which enable our people to be the best they can be. With the business in a growth phase, we have an exciting opportunity for a superstar Administrator to join our busy and dynamic HR team based at Tullamarine. Day to day the role is responsible for delivering administrative support across the HR function, including HR and general administration, executive support and reporting. You will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including producing letters of offer, onboarding, performance management and exits. You will assist with reporting and regular communications to our people on HR initiatives, and will play a key role as a central point of contact for our employees. As an experienced administrator, you will have the opportunity to make your mark on the role and the business by seeking out ways that we can do things better. The ideal candidate  Strong administration and organisational experience, potentially developed in a busy HR environment  Great communication skills and a positive, engaging and can-do attitude  Integrity and respect for sensitive and confidential information  Exceptional attention to detail and a sound working knowledge of MS Office suite, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook  Experience with CHRIS21 will be highly advantageous  Interest in current HR practice and emerging trends  A relevant qualification, e.g. a degree/diploma in HR, Psychology or Business, will be beneficial Benefits & Culture We foster a friendly, high performance culture with a focus on our people and their development.
