Reporting to the HR Administration Manager, the HR Administrator is responsible for providing efficient, accurate and timely administrative support encompassing all areas of generalist HR across the business. This is a Fixed Term position until the 30th June 2018.
Working within defined timescales, you will be responsible for the production of all HR related documentation to the required standard, these include; employment contracts, variation to contract letters and regular HR Process communications such as Pay Reviews. The HR Administrator will update and maintain colleague files ensuring all records are up to date, highlighting any discrepencies to the relevant stakeholder.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working within a process driven, automated, administrative environment and possess excellent organisational and time management skills. The ability to work on your own initiative and with a high attention to detail will be critical in your success along with a working knowledge of MS office packages including Word and Excel.
