Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Experienced HR Administrator

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

  • Proactive and self-motivated approach

  • Excellent ICT Skills

  • Must be able to manage Outlook (replying to emails, setting up appointments, group mailbox management etc.)

  • Must be proficient in Excel (able to create, modify and maintain spreadsheets)

  • The ability to follow processes and procedures.  Identifying ways to streamline processes and identification and set up of new processes.

  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Travel booking experience is desirable
