What the role is:

To meet and greet clients visiting the Hospitality Suite in addition to managing phone and email contact. To be an ambassador for the Suite dealing professionally with all enquiries and responding in a timely manner. You are also required to assist with event set up and management as required.

What you’ll be doing will include:

Meet and greet our airline customers and internal clients on arrival at our customer suite

Answer the telephone and answering or referring enquiries to the right person

Respond to email enquiries from airline customers and internal clients

Diary management

Maintain security measures by following procedures

Managing postal deliveries/ requirements

Collating information

Taking notes

To report any maintenance issues onto the maintenance log

To show flexibility by helping in the set-up of meeting rooms and service at our events when required

Undertake any additional ad hoc receptionist duties as and when required

What you’ll have will include:

Reception and Customer management experience

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Basic IT skills; experience of using Microsoft applications

Excellent punctuality

Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organisation, be disciplined in your work and have a can do attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Be self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
