Oaklands Global is looking to recruit a Head of MRO Sales, on behalf of our expanding Business Aviation Client.


This is a permanent role based in Asia.


As Head of MRO Sales, you will lead, coordinate and be accountable for the Regional MRO Sales Strategy, tactical plan, execution and achievement of budgeted sales revenues.  Coordinate with the various facility General Managers in order to maximize their location capabilities and services to deliver the required performance and to drive maintenance sales to the most appropriate location for the client.



Job Description:


  • Develop the long term Regional MRO Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve the long term business strategies.
  • Implement a short to medium term tactical sales plan to maximize the use of resources and achieve the sales targets for each location.
  • Develop and manage a real time sales pipeline system and measurement of performance.
  • Develop and maintain an effective estimating and sales process.
  • Manage and coordinate the estimating team and performance.
  • Develop market intelligence, monitor the MRO market in the region and advise leadership of trends and activities that should influence Regional strategies and plans.
  • Establish a strong partnership with OEMs for maintenance services in the region.
  • Recommend new products, services and pricing to maximize market share and penetration.
  • Lead the sales team and guide them to perform at optimum level.



Job Requirements:


  • Extensive experience in aviation MRO Sales.
  • Business Aviation experience is highly desirable
  • Must have experience working in Asia.
  • Can demonstrate knowledge and experience in developing regional sales and marketing strategies, materials and tactical execution plans.
  • Proven track record in delivering sales plans, revenue targets and increased growth.
  • Has managed and lead a sales team and been accountable for overall performance.
  • Experience in the business aviation sector is essential.
  • Work exposure and experience in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Detailed minded, excellent sales skills, strong business acumen with reasonable level of financial literacy.
  • Must be customer oriented and have a polished ambassadorial presentation and presence in all situations.
  • Able to work independently and highly motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written English is mandatory
