About the role:
- Oversee grooming standards, policies and practices for Qatar Airways staff working across Doha International Airport including Main Terminal, Premium Terminal, Baggage Services, Al Maha Services and Arrivals Terminal
- Assists Management in implementing and driving a grooming culture
- Develops and creates interactive and stimulating training tools which educate and inspire staff to maintain grooming excellence
Successful candidates:
- Female
- Previous exposure to Cabin Crew grooming standards and training
- Very high standard of self grooming and presentation
- Strong personality to navigate difficult grooming cases with staff
- Bubbly personality and excellent communication skills to deliver training
