Excel Technical Consulting are currently seeking a Safety Manager in respect of Flight Operations for our well known client based in the Middle East. 


We have been asked to find an ATPL holder who has previously worked as a Captain (ideally Commander) on 737NG, ideally within a GCAA or EASA organisation.
Any specific safety, risk management or risk assessment experience within aviation would be a distinct advantage, as would experience of working at manager role or above in an operational environment. 

The main responsibilities and duties include:

  • Assisting the Accountable Manager and Manager of Safety with the development of the clients safety policy
  • Provide Safety Assurance as applies to flight operations processes and procedures
  • Development of safety policy
  • Responsibility for investigations into air and ground accidents and incidents
  • Monitoring of safety reports
