Finance Analyst -

This position is responsible for producing detailed insights and commercial analysis, management reporting and budget planning.

Responsibility

Finance Analyst and Business Support should have the ability to multi-task whilst being proactive and having the ability to use their own initiative.

Requires disciplinary and responsibility for quality and timely execution of functions assigned to him/her and efficient use of rights provided hereunder. If material damage occurs because of his/her actions/inactions carries responsibility under legislation of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Main Duties

  • Management Reporting: To produce analysis for the provision of weekly targets and monthly Executive reporting packs; including evaluation of trends and provision of decision making insights.
  • Forecasting - provide analysis of trends and commercial initiatives to contribute to the forecasting process
  • Regular tracking of performance, and predictive analysis to ensure that trends can be monitored and risks and opportunities managed.
  • Produce the KPI Scorecard
  • Drive the Monthly management accounting process working in conjunction with UK accounting to ensure adherence to accounting policy and procedure
  • Cost analysis - ensuring that budget holders are informed about performance and corrective actions. Ensure that management reports and accounts are reconciled
  • Management of cash flow forecasts
  • Assist with business models as required
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, building trust

Qualifications and Experience

Recently/Newly qualified ACMA, ACCA or similar, ideally with previous experience in a similar position
