Key Requirement for the Position Job Purpose :-
? Ensures timely and qualitative responses are sent to all complaints, feedback and queries received from customer and addressing / resolving their issues.
? Communication with customers via telephone, email and thereby ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Description Key Accountabilities :-
1. Acknowledges emails received via various mediums.
2. Identifies the issue and then send it to the relevant department for investigation.
3. Based on inputs received from internal stakeholders, closure to be done with the customer addressing/resolving the matter.
4. Updates himself/herself with the company’s product, policies and procedures from time to time by referring to mails, promotions and guidelines.
