We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant and a good team member, who will work in SunExpress Antalya Headquarter

Our requirements for this position;

• University degree,
• 3+ years of experience in an Assistant position and/or analytical working experience,
• Fluency in English and German of both written and spoken
• High level knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook,
• Experienced in general office procedures and practices,
• Strong communication skills, open approach to people,
• Ability to manage confidential information,
• Excellent planning and organizational skills,
• Effective time management and continuous performance even under high pressure,
• Professional approach, good judgment, creative problem-solver.

Job Description

Executive Assistant responsibilities will be;

• Preparing presentations, speaking notes, reports and meeting minutes,
• Prepare Meetings contentwise
• Run analysis on projects or other business cases
• Support Board of Directors and Advisory Documentation
• Supporting MD / DMD / Manager Corporate Office for all business areas under his responsibilities.
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls & emails
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Providing the coordination between MD / DMD / Directors and other stakeholders,
• Diary management, including internal and external meetings, events, room bookings, catering requests, conference calls and greeting guests of Executive Management.
