To support Hd Support, through Support Enginnering, by acting as the Project Team's focal/SME for all aspects of Support Equipment (SE)
including Ground Support Equipment, Special to Type Test Equipment and Tooling.
To answer queries and issues raised by Forward and Depth maintenance regarding Support Equipment in a timely manner.
To assist Support Enginnering in resolving Support Equopment issues within the Through Life Customer Support (TLCS) contract with Boeing and liaising with External Agencies as required.
To provide advice and assistance to Spt-Eng on Engineering Supportability issues regarding the TLCS contract,
'Out of Scope' activities, 'Over and Above' tasking and other Customer facing tasks
